2nd Week in Sai Yok

Strangly I dont miss home as much as during BMT. Just came back from field yesterday. Its really funny when you see people selling food and drinks tailing our tonner. Char mee char bing!!! Haha. The road is really dusty...dust clouds forming behind the wheels and when I got back my hair was brown. Damn dirty.

I go to the canteen here twice every day. Sometimes even more. Food here is ok and comparably cheap ,theres Calamari!!! My Favourite snack. Yesterday the bed beside mine had bedbugs...Yuck. My fren still ask me to smell the crushed insects..siao.

Tomorrow got to go paint a school. Its somewhere far away. Dont understand why dont they paint somewhere close so we can save on the travelling time. Ok nothing more on my mind now. :)

In Sai Yoke

So theres a cyber cafe, well a pretty not updated one anyway. Internet at 40 bath/ hr. Some updates, toilet only have a few cubicles. Cant use toilet paper paper coz it will choke the sysetm, have to wash my butt instead. Food sucks in the cookhouse, cooked by resevist cooks. I eat the canteen almost everyday ,spend almost 100 bath per day. Dad didnt give me enough money to spend :(. Nevermind i'll just bear with it for awhile.

Logged on to MSN nobody was really there. No Beven or Bon or Krison. Guess Gina's at work . Well let me see anything else? Yeah we're running on 28.2 kps dial up here pretty slow. Hope to be back soon and miss you guys. Take care.

Flight Delayed

Well my flight got delayed by 2 hours due to some engine problem. Great! 2 hours more in Singapore.Haha. SQ cabin crew not that goodlooking after all what. So disappointing.

Oh I just had a plate of mee rubus in Killiney Kopitiam here. Free of charge! It was served to us although we did'nt order it. So, eat lor!

Jack Jack on Cam

See that? Thats Bon on his web cam. Well his brother's cam actually. Hahah he actually do some funny dance for me to see...so silly. Anyway I was thinking, if I get a webcam, I would have to look my best for the viewer. It will be so tiring because I spend so much time in front of the computer. Wonder why his brother bought it. Maybe to play something kinky with his girlfriend.

Anyway I went to the Buddhist Temple in Pasir Ris today to pray for safety before I depart Singapore. I walked to the chanting table and examined the monk's stuff. Well I didnt touch ..just looked. Then I turned around the the monk came in..bet his thinking I was trying to steal his scriptures. Opps!

Swimming Meet

Today went back to camp for a stupid time wasting swimming meet.I had bring cakes and other finger food to the other camp for the idiots to munch on. After everything, they left but we, the logistics side have to clear up everything which takes about 2 hours.

During clearing, there was this sergeant who broke a toenail and was bleeding profusely. The medics have gone back home and only the lifeguards were around, what do lifeguards know about stopping blood? Dont understand how he dropped a container full of ice on his toe. Its its too heavy why did he carry it alone. So the moral of the story, ask for help if you cant do it alone. Made a big hoo haa the aunty still have to mop the blood off the tiles.

Anyway I have 1 more day to departure, its gonna be 3 weeks. Feeling the same. Have to pack my bag tomorrow morning.

The Day of Little Surprises

I've received great news today. Well not that great, but it did lift my mood a little. Firstly, we're taking Singapore Airlines. Its not like I've never taken SQ before but it will at least pacify me on the 2 odd hours and block out all the training shit im going to be having from my mind. The change is because all the military planes that we were suppose to be flying on have flown to Indonesia due to the recent Tsunami disaster.

Secondly, they have brought forward the departure date from the 4th of Feb to the 1st of Feb. Its only 3 days earlier but it mean that I can smell my bed and hear my loves' voices 3 days earlier.

I heard that's LAN gaming, which means there would also be internet access. That will be my most frequently communication tool if im there.

For your information,I don't make New Year Resolutions. It seems that I don't fufill them so why crack my brain thinking about what I want? Maybe next year? 2006 when I complete my NS liability?

So last night we were at Orchard Cineleisure drinking coffee. What a boring way to spend the first few hours of the New Year, well but what do you expect from me? They spent the night at my place and as in the morning, I was showing them old photos again. I don't know whyI like showing friends old photos. Photos ranging from my baby stage to now.

There was 1 photo that Bon saw,pointed out a kid. He said " This kid got potential to be gay. Stand until like that" and I took a look at it. Oh my god the kid he was saying is me! Shit! Hahaha then we laughed for quite some time at that stupid photo. It was taken during a kindergarten play where all of the students were clowns.


Well thats my sister and me. Happy family hor!There are still lots of other photos from my growing years and will be served if requested.

As this week go by, I get closer to the day Im leaving for training in Thailand. I will be away from 070105 till 040205. Its approximatly a month and Im going to miss my family and friends here. Feeling down this week because of the trip. Hope it blows over fast so that I can be back in my sty. Well by the time im back I think the new house will be almost ready for moving in so i'll be busy again.
