My new roller skates

Yesterday was my first time skating, and today I bought a new pair of skates. I actually went to skateline just to see the $50 skate because I was deciding between having my own skates and renting them because im afraid I would buy them and use them for 2 or 3 times, just like my mountain bike. Now its my grandfather's bike, he use it to go downstairs to buy food.

So I was at the shop... asking the aunty alot of stupid questions. She is like a friend and has a very personal touch. At the same time he was serving this gentleman who bought his promotion $150 skates and wanted to trade them in for $100 if its buying a faster pair or upgrade them so they can glide faster.

So I was thinking about it for very long. The blades cost $250 regular retail price...offer is $150 but now hes selling me at $100. I just bought la. Use it for 10 hours den break even as compared to renting 10 hours at east coast. So thats the story.




Anyway the photo above is not my new skates. Its the first day i skated at ECP and I went with vivien.

Happy Birthday Fer!

Went to Ferrene's place after school to celebrate her birthday. I wore a shirt and people thought I wa having a presentation.

Andrew's birthday

My creative juices are dry.....actually most of my energy is gone. So tired with life and school. So summary, Andrew's Birthday celebration so we ate at Tung Lok Signatures at Vivo. Food was ok la but the serving time so long and size so small. I came back and cook instant noodles. Expensive but jia buay ba. Get what I mean? Thats all.

Final Chowdown 2

Highlight of the week. I joined this food eating competition on tues,got to eat fried spring rolls. I joined for fun la because Ive always been considering things and end up chicken out. But this time I didnt. I admit the $100 cash prize is a draw for me too.

On the day itself I only ate 6 spring rolls.Why so little? Its oily lah.....very disgusting.And I dont know why I chew so slow.....So the winner ate 11 spring rolls in 10 mins. Im not even close. Some classmates got pictures of me eating but its damn ugly so I dont want to post it here.

Today Jerry and Darren join the second competition. Eating hor fun. They ate 3.5 packets but the winning group finished 4 packets before times up. It looks easy but actually its not.

After yesterday, I swear im going to be on a diet. Less oily food because its really disgusting. Hope i can see my 6 pacs soon.
